We process the data you provide through the contact form, by email, by phone or via WhatsApp in order to answer your enquiry, prepare the quote you request and keep in touch about it. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Your consent, given when you send us your details, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries from potential customers and managing the business relationship.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and afterwards for the periods required by law.

Recipients

Data is not passed on to third parties except where legally required. Technology providers supporting the website (hosting, email delivery) may act as data processors under Article 28 of the GDPR.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@ziuron.com, attaching proof of identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
