Carcass splitting saws for pork and beef

ZIURON splitting saws are designed for splitting carcasses on slaughterhouse cutting lines, working either vertically or horizontally. The endless band cutting system is cleaned and cooled by water jets aimed at the blade.

They use dual-trigger safety operation: the machine only runs while both triggers are held down, and it locks out if the motor cover is not properly closed and sealed.

Each model is built for one species: the SM-3000-K for splitting pork carcasses and the SV-3100 for beef.
