Tool balancers for suspended tools
Tool balancers —also called spring balancers— suspend the tool and offset its weight, so the operator works without carrying the machine through the shift: less fatigue, more precision and more safety.
Every ZIURON hand saw comes with a ring or anchor bolt for working with a balancer. We supply capacities from 0.2 to 180 kg; these are the two ranges most used in the meat industry.
The balancers are made by TECNA, the Italian manufacturer, and we are their distributor: it is the only product in our catalogue that we do not build ourselves. We would rather fit the one we know holds up than build a worse one.
Tool balancers from 2 to 14 kg
Balancer range for light tools (hand saws): 5 capacity ranges, 2500 mm travel and fall arrest safety lock.
