Breaking saws and sabre saws for meat cutting
ZIURON breaking saws (also called sabre saws) are made for cutting and breaking down meat cuts, with 350 and 500 mm blades and a speed of 7,000 strokes per minute.
The electric motor is double insulated to protect it against damp, and both models can be worked hanging from a tool balancer.
