ZIURON started more than four decades ago with a clear idea: to build the machinery that meat industry professionals actually need — tough, precise and safe.
We are manufacturers, not just distributors. We design and build in Spain: hand saws, carcass splitting saws, breaking saws, professional knife sharpeners, fleshing knives, ham tying machines and tool balancers for slaughterhouses, cutting rooms, butcher shops and meat processing companies.
Being the manufacturer makes the difference: we know every machine from the drawing to the production line, we hold spare parts, we run our own technical service, and we can adapt equipment to what each customer needs.
Our electromechanical division rounds out the service with electric motor rewinding and repair, for motors of any type or rating.
How we work
Machining, assembly and testing happen in our own workshop in Sabadell, Barcelona. Every machine leaves tested, CE marked and with the safety features fitted as standard: guards, stainless shields, dual-trigger operation and safety lockouts.
The only product in our catalogue that we do not build ourselves is the tool balancer: those are made by TECNA, and we are their distributor. We would rather fit the one we know holds up than build a worse one.
